This is my first Melissa & Doug puzzle, and I'm ready to buy more! Not only does it look much cuter in the house than the ugly (and environmentally unfriendly) plastic toys, my 10-month old daughter likes it. We're still working on putting the pieces back in the puzzle, but she likes to take them out and it keeps her entertained.

This puzzle is well made and fairly attractive. But the best thing about it is that it will grow with your child. My 8 month old likes to grab the pieces and bang them on things, but as she gets older she'll enjoy taking the pieces out and putting them back. I'm glad I bought it. One less piece of plastic in my house!

I bought this about two years ago for my daughter. She is quite rough on toys and played with it constantly. Even with the abuse, the toy has held up very well--the knobs are still firmly attached and none of the paint has come off either the board or the pieces. My son (10 months) is just starting to take an interest in it and it is still holding up well even with the pieces often ending up in his mouth.
I'd highly recommend this puzzle as well as any of the other jumbo knob puzzles.

Melissa and Doug's Jumbo Knob Puzzles are pefect for my one year olds little hands. She loves taking the pieces out and sometimes even tries to get the pieces back in the proper space. For the most part she likes taking them out and walking around the house with them. It keeps her happy, so I'm happy!
